1. Acceptance of Terms

Providing false information to establish eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 7u7f does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits such activity before registering.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are required to update this information promptly whenever it changes.
- You may hold only one account on 7u7f. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different credentials — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
- You must not be a person subject to self-exclusion on 7u7f or excluded through any responsible gaming exclusion programme. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
When you register on 7u7f, you create a personal account for your exclusive use. Your login credentials — including username and password — are confidential and must not be shared with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify 7u7f support immediately via the contact email address shown in the site footer.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 7u7f are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7u7f does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, and no currency conversion fee applies. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
7u7f applies minimum and maximum transaction limits to deposits and withdrawals, displayed in the account cashier section. These limits may vary based on your verification status and chosen payment method. Withdrawals require completion of KYC and review of wagering history. 7u7f reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
7u7f may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Those specific bonus terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds — take precedence over the general statements in this section in the event of any conflict.
Players who engage in patterns of behaviour designed to exploit bonuses without legitimate play — commonly referred to as bonus abuse — will have bonus funds forfeited, winnings reversed, and may have their accounts permanently closed. 7u7f determines at its sole discretion what constitutes bonus abuse and its determinations are final.
- Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically without further notice.
- Wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be completed in full before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- 7u7f reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time — including offers already claimed — if evidence of abuse, technical error, or misrepresentation is identified.
- Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, gifted, or sold to another person. Only one bonus of the same type may be active at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
6. Responsible Gaming
7u7f is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. All registered account holders have access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 30 days, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools can be activated from your account settings at any time and take effect immediately at no cost.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7u7f platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, pending balances forfeited, and may be subject to further legal action where applicable.
- Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the 7u7f platform in a manner not available to ordinary players, or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Colluding with other players, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or syndicate wagering designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit pricing errors.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unlawful source. 7u7f operates anti-money-laundering (AML) checks and is required to report suspicious transaction patterns where mandated by applicable law.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any part of the 7u7f platform, its software, game logic, or proprietary data feeds without prior written authorisation.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise harmful communications directed at 7u7f staff or other players through any channel, including live chat, email, or social platforms.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
7u7f reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where a breach of these Terms is suspected, where regulatory or legal obligations require it, or where the security of the platform or other players is at risk. In the event of account closure initiated by 7u7f due to a breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
Players may voluntarily close their 7u7f account at any time by contacting support via the email address shown in the site footer. Upon voluntary closure where no Terms breach is involved, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned via the most recently used payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 7u7f platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, data compilations, and page layouts — is the property of 7u7f or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u7f shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if 7u7f has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 7u7f's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7u7f does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 7u7f will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
7u7f collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. 7u7f may update these Terms at any time. If you disagree with the changes, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice.
